MEMBERSHIP SIGN-UP INSTRUCTIONS
1) PRINT OUT MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM
If you have or had in the past an index number please record it on the application.
2) ATTACH CHECK TO APPLICATION FORM--MAKE CHECKS TO: MCMC
$80 For Regular MEMBER $40 after July 1st
$50.00 For HANDICAP Full Year Only
$50.00 SENIOR MEMBER Full Year Only
Juniors (Under 18) FREE For HANDICAP Full Year Only
3) MAIL TO: MEMBERSHIP CHAIRMAN or submit it at the general meeting. Meetings are held every 2nd Tuesday of the month at Marshall Canyon Golf Course at 7:30pm.

NOTE: APPLICATIONS RECEIVED BEFORE THE 15th OF THE MONTH WILL RECEIVE THEIR INDEX NUMBER BY THE 1st OF THE NEXT MONTH
NEW MEMBERS WITH EXISTING /VALID INDEX CARD
New members with existing Index Card are eligible to participate in tournaments when the application is accepted. Member must have an up-to-date Index Card with handicap.
NEW MEMBERS WITHOUT HANDICAP
At the time the application is processed the new member will receive an INDEX NUMBER and be on-line in the computer. Save all your score cards. Contact the handicap chairman (Ron Sallenbach,626-914-0265) for instructions on establishing your handicap.
GENERAL CLUB INFORMATION
Member:
The club holds two tournaments a month for members . One home and another away. You will receive a monthly news letter, which will have the necessary information for sign-ups and the club tournament results. The club has a membership meeting every 2nd Tuesday of each month at Marshall Canyon GC at 7:30pm. Come and join us.
As a member of PLGA you are eligible to participate in the associations tournaments.

Associate – Handicap Only
Associates receive their handicap index up-dates with our club news letter each month. They are also eligible to participate in the Public Links Golf Association tournaments.
